Best Brunch Spots for Mother's Day in DFW

One of our favorite ways to celebrate Mother's Day is dining together for brunch. There are many beautiful restaurants in the Dallas area that serve delicious brunch menus. Check out our list of 24 options below, and make sure to schedule your reservations very soon, as many places book up early!

Anise

Anise is a gorgeous Mediterranean restaurant located in the new development at The Village. You can schedule reservations here.

Breadwinners

Breadwinners is a classic spot to dine for brunch, and there are four great locations in DFW: Uptown, NorthPark Center, Inwood Village, and Plano. Their brunch menu is extensive, and they are well-known for the croque madame and scrambles! You can make (large group) reservations here for the uptown location and here for NorthPark.

CBD Provisions

CBD Provisions is a modern Texas brasserie located inside of the Joule Hotel. They serve scrumptious southern delights such as Pecan Pie French Toast, Chilaquiles, and Cinnamon Orange Monkey Bread. You can make reservations here.

Cedar & Vine

Cedar & Vine is a Lake Highlands favorite with a great covered patio space too! Brunch serves tasty breakfast tacos, chicken & waffles, eggs benedict, and more! You can make reservations here.

Ellen's

Ellen's in Downtown serves a wide variety of brunch food, including Mexica-style breakfasts, 8 different types of benedicts, and some unique signature dishes like Pancake Pot Pie and Mushroom Garlic Scramble. Dallas Ellen's does not accept reservations on Saturdays or Sundays, but walkups are always welcome! Fun Fact: Ellen's is moving forward to open a third location in Casa Linda at the corner of Garland Road and Buckner.

Harper's

Harper's is in a beautiful location nextdoor to Hotel Kimpton in NW Deep Ellum. The restaurant is well-known for its craft cocktails, especially the Bye Bye Birdie, which is served in a bird-shaped cocktail glass and adorned with a feather. The brunch menu will entice foodies with unique dishes like Japanese Pancakes, Lobster Arancini, and Crispy Deviled Eggs. You can make reservations here.

Heirloom Haul

Heirloom Haul is the cutest fast-casual restaurant located inside its sister store, Flea Style, at The Star in Frisco. They serve salads, sandwiches, brunch boards, various toasts, and many sweet treats! Reservations are necessary and you can make them here.

The Henry

The Henry Dallas is in a gorgeous location overlooking a courtyard, perfect for that after-dinner photo that you know Mom will want to take! Their brunch menu includes delicious items like Caramel Apple French Toast, Quinoa Breakfast Bowl, and Egg White Turkey Omelets. You can make reservations here.

Hudson House

Hudson House is always a winner! There are 3 DFW locations to choose from serving classic dishes like Berry Pancakes, Eggs Benedict, Lox, and Steak and eggs. You can make reservations for the Lakewood location here.

Ida Claire

Ida Claire in Addison serves authentic, fine southern cuisine in a beautiful space, plus it has a lovely outdoor space. Some of their popular dishes include Short Rib & Potato Hash, Fried Green Tomato Benedict, and Sticky Toffee Bun. You can make reservations here.

Mercat Bistro

Mercat Bistro serves its weekend brunch from 10 am-3 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Some of their yummy brunch items include the French Breakfast with potato galette, eggs, and either bacon, sausage, or ham; Jambon & Gryere Omelet; French Dip; and Duck Baguette. You can book reservations here.

North Italia

North Italia has an amazing outdoor patio space that is heated when it's cool outside and shaded when it's warm. Some of their delicious brunch selections are Glazed Italian Donut French Toast with wild blueberry, honey lemon ricotta, hazelnut, and mint; Breakfast Carbonara Pasta with poached egg, crispy pancetta, English pea, cavatelli, herb breadcrumb, pecorino stagionato; and the Farmer's Market Scramble with grilled asparagus, piquillo pepper, spinach, cipollini onion, English pea, grana padano. Reservations are a must, and you can make them here.

Oddfellows

Oddfellows is a super hip and popular brunch spot in the beloved Bishop Arts District. The brunch menu serves classic dishes like deviled eggs, pimento cheese dip, avocado toast, and brisket hash. They do not accept reservations.

Paradiso

The ambiance at Paradiso is hard to beat! They serve fresh and tasty dishes like Grapefruit Custard, Breakfast Pizza, and Seasonal Frittata. Reservations book out far in advance, and you can make them here.

rise n°1

rise n°1 is a favorite spot for ladies to dine. The ambiance is French-cozy, and the food is unique and delicious! Make sure to get their famous Marshmallow Soup! You must call for reservations, here is a link.

RM 12:20

This incredibly special Lake Highlands is a favorite for many! RM 12:20 serves French cuisine. For brunch, they serve dishes like Pimento Cheese Toast, Crepes, Croissant French Toast, and Croque Tartine Parisienne. You can make reservations here.

Saint Ann's

If the weather is fabulous and you want to take advantage or dining al fresco, look no further than Saint Ann's! Choose from dishes like Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs, and "Sizzlers" a dish of chicken and smoked bacon served with jalapeno and buttermilk ranch. Make reservations here.

Sixty Vines

Sixty Vines is a scrumptious farm-to-table restaurant located at the Crescent. They serve an extensive brunch menu with many choices ranging from brunch boards filled with delicious cheeses and salumi to shared plates like crispy zucchini, orange morning bread, baked ricotta, pizzas, sandwiches, pastas, and more! Smithy

Smithy is located in the Knox Henderson area of Dallas-- such a fun spot to walk around after brunch! They serve tasty dishes like Garden of Eaten, which is egg whites with grilled squash, zucchini, bell peppers, sundried tomato tapenade, mushrooms, spinach, pea shoot pesto, and + choice of toast; and Crab Nachos with blue crab, taro chips, jalapeno, heirloom pico, avocado butter, and sriracha aioli. Snooze

Snooze is a hot spot! They have an extensive breakfast/brunch menu with everything from eggs, omelets, and benedicts to sandwiches, breakfast tacos, and pancakes and French Toast. They don't take reservations, but you can join their waitlist online here.

Smoky Rose

Smoky Rose is set up for perfect outdoor family dining. Brunch is served on Sundays only from 11-3 pm. Make sure to try their Burnt Ends and Grits or the Smoky Rose Benedict to get a taste of their BBQ. You can make reservations here.
