We sold our house yesterday for which Beth Arnold was our broker. This sale was completed in less than 30 days from the day our house first went on the market through closing. Beth was extremely knowledgeable about the market, what needed to be done at the house to maximize its value, very professional, and who knew how to manage all steps of the negotiation and contract process.
